Jazz up your Sundays with concerts in the Gantry Plaza State Park.
Now in its third season, LIC Sunset Concerts 2014 features 5 free outdoor concerts showcasing 14 unique Long Island City based musicians sponsored by more than 20 local businesses.
The series will run every Sunday through September 14 and each event starts at 5 pm.

August 17: Jeneen Terrana and Shelly Bhushan
August 24: Sol Liebeskind
August 31: Wishes and Thieves
September 7: The Yoga Room will conduct a yoga-in-the-park class while classical music will be performed by NYC Guitar Orchestra, The Art Song Preservation Society, and The NYLSO to accompany the practice.
September 14: a kids and family day that will feature children’s entertainment by Andy Jobe and Neeley Bridges
