Join Hunters Point Parks Conservancy at sunset on Thursday, July 23 to watch Breakfast at Tiffany’s

The 1961 American romantic comedy film starred Audrey Hepburn as Holly Golightly, a naïve, eccentric café society girl. It also starred George Peppard, Patricia Neal, Buddy Ebsen, Martin Balsam, and Mickey Rooney.

 The film was directed by Blake Edwards and released by Paramount Pictures. It is loosely based on the novella of the same name by Truman Capote.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s won two Academy Awards: Best Original Score and Best Original Song for “Moon River”. The film was also nominated for three other Academy Awards: Best Actress for Hepburn, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Art Direction.

The movie will be shown at the Oval in Hunters Point Park near LIC Landing.
